Basic Life Support Provider Certification

Our Basic Life Support Provider Certification course is for professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. This course is often required by Hospitals and is indicated for the following professions: Doctors, Nurses, Nursing Students, PA’s, Lifeguards, EMT’s, Respiratory & Physical Therapists, Dentists, and other jobs relating to the medical field.

Course Outline:

  • Critical concepts in high-quality CPR
  • 1 & 2 rescue CPR for Adult, Child and Infant
  • AED for Adult, Child and Infant
  • Bag mask ventilation
  • Conscious and unconscious choking relief
  • Differences among adult, child and infant rescue techniques

Course Length: approximately 3.5 -4 hours

Certification: 2 years from the American Heart Association

Course Price: $70

Book: BLS for Providers Student Manual by the AHA. Students may choose to purchase a book at the time of the course for $20
